REGISTRATION POLICIES
 
 
Pre-Registration is Required
All participants are required to have an account through our registration software provider, Perfect Mind, in order to register. Register early so that your space in the class is secured. Many programs fill up before the first class meeting. Programs that do not reach the minimum enrollment may be cancelled.
 
Credit Card Processing Fees
For transactions made with a credit card, the following processing fees are automatically applied and are non-refundable:
$3 Processing Fee for programs $100+
$6 Processing Fee for programs $200+
$10 Processing Fee for programs $300+
$15 Processing Fee for programs $400+ 
 
 
Refund Policy - In-Person Youth Programs
Cancellations will be processed less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to the start date of your program session. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations made with less than 2 weeks' notice. No refunds will be issued due to illness. If The Ranch must cancel a program that is already in session, a refund will be provided if a makeup class is unable to be scheduled or if the program is unable to resume at a later date. If The Ranch must cancel a program before the start date of the program, a full refund will be provided. The refund policy applies to every in-person class or program, unless otherwise stated in the program literature. Adult programs which use a punch card or pass system are not eligible for refunds.
 
Refund Policy - Virtual Youth Programs
Refunds will be processed less a $25 processing fee plus the cost of the first class, if requested prior to the beginning of the second class. No refunds will be issued after the start of the second class. No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to illness. If The Ranch must cancel a session or program, a full refund will be issued for the session or class. The refund policy applies to every virtual class or program, unless otherwise stated in the program literature. Adult programs which use a punch card or pass system are not eligible for refunds.
 
Transfers
Transfers from one program to another will be processed with a $15 processing fee per transfer if requested at least three working days before the session begins, provided that space is still available. Registrations are nontransferable to a friend or family member.
 
 
Refund Policy - Summer Camps
Cancellations will be processed less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations must be requested at least 30 days prior to the start date of your camp session in order to receive any refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations made with less than 30 days' notice. No refunds will be issued due to injury or non-COVID illness.
 
Transfer Policy - Summer Camps
Transfers will be granted if there is space in the requested camp session and if requested at least 7 days prior to the start date of your camp session. A $15 transfer fee will apply. Registrations are nontransferable to a friend or family member.

The recreation programs listed are open to all individuals. It is our intent to make reasonable accommodations so that those with disabilities may fully participate.
